Taylor is a passionate Registered Massage Therapist who is thrilled to be starting a new chapter in the beautiful Kootenays. Originally from a small town in the East Kootenays, she’s excited to return to her roots and reconnect with the community she loves.

Over the past six years, Taylor lived in the Okanagan where she completed her training at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and began her career as an RMT. During this time, she gained valuable experience supporting clients through recovery from injuries, postural imbalances, and chronic conditions.

Taylor has a special interest in pregnancy and women’s health, lymphatic drainage, pediatrics, and infant massage. She has pursued additional training in pregnancy massage and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to further enhance her practice. Her treatments often incorporate trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, therapeutic exercise, and hydrotherapy to provide well-rounded, individualized care.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Taylor enjoying the outdoors—walking her dog, hiking, or skiing. Don’t hesitate to say hello—she’s excited to meet you and looks forward to being part of your wellness journey!
